Self-love and compassion meditations have been proven as highly effective ways to improve self confidence, inner peace and overall positive emotions. We have this short, lovely meditation program specially designed to help connect you with a more positive mindset and evoke a greater sense of peace and love.The program will guide you from witnessing your thoughts to sending loving energy around the world. We'll start by calming the mind by focusing on the breath and relaxing the body. Then we'll clear away thoughts with some helpful visualizations. Next we'll release negative energy from the body and focus on positive thoughts and affirmations. Finally we'll use visualizations to spread loving energy throughout our bodies and out into the world. You'll feel the transformation within you, as you release negative thoughts and feelings and create positivity and love within.
Each session of the program is 10-15 minutes long, very practical, and especially helpful when you're having a tough day. We highly recommend you to start your day with it, with a little more wisdom and compassion. You can either practice it as a week's meditation program, or you can have multiple sessions a day.
